This A2 size (4 1/4” x 5 1/2”) Greeting Card has been carefully printed on a high quality mat surface paper and comes with a self sealing craft paper envelope.

This artwork is inspired by my favorite exotic flower, Bird of Paradise. This collage has been constructed with single use plastics found on my walks and inside my home. Items used here include a discarded pet hospital ID band, food packaging and an allergy pill box.

Backstory of Creation:

Everyday for one month, I picked up a piece of trash and challenged myself to make a flower. The best of what resulted has been turned into greeting cards. Have you ever heard of plalking? It’s a real word! It means while out walking, pick up a piece of trash. Open your eyes to all the bits of plastic that might go in the trash and make their way into oceans and landfills. Every little bit counts!
